GATITO Helper Privacy Policy

The purpose of the GATITO Helper browser extension is to upload Cyber Nations nation data to the GATITO web service.
This extension is only intended for members of the Cyber Nations Global Alliance and Treaty Organization (GATO).

The extension collects and uploads all public data about every nation that the user views in the game, for the purposes of improved statistics and planning. All of this data is already visible to every registered player of the game.

Additionally, the extension collects and uploads the user's nation's cash on hand and environment score, to replace manual checkins and to allow for improved economic planning.

Users must log in via Discord single-sign-on to use the extension. Their Discord user account is linked to all of the data that is gathered by the extension while they are logged in.
The extension does not collect any other data, including but not limited to: Cyber Nations login credentials, Discord login credentials, or data on any sites other than the Cyber Nations game.
Additionally, this extension does not make any requests to any services other than the GATITO web service, therefore it is in compliance with the Cyber Nations terms and conditions.

Private data collected by this extension is disclosed only to active government members of GATO. Public nation data may additionally be disclosed to members of the GATO General Assembly or to allies of GATO, but the user that collected the public data will not be disclosed in this case.

Users may message contact@cngatito.dev to request deletion of any private nation data gathered by the extension, or to request that their Discord account be unlinked from their Cyber Nations nation.
